The University runs a free shuttle bus service between the sites of the Pontypridd campus. Some local supermarkets also provide free buses, and bus excursions and one-off buses may be available for specific events.

Treforest – Glyntaff

The 2023/24 service begins at the start of term and runs during term time.

The 16-seater minibus picks up/drops off outside Brecon Building foyer in Treforest and the halls of residence bus stop, and at Lower Glyntaff outside the Elaine Morgan Building.

Please arrive at the bus stop on time as the buses will need to leave promptly.

USW Sport Park

The Sport Park bus service begins at the start of term and runs during autumn and spring term time.

The Sport Park bus (29 seats) picks up/drops off outside the Brecon Building foyer and the halls of residence bus stop, and at the bus drop-off zone at the Sports' Park lower car park.
