If you have recently enrolled or changed your personal details, it may take up to 24 hours before you can log into Advice Zone Online.
Advice Zone Online makes finding answers to your questions easier than ever. You can browse categories and select a subject to see all related questions or search using keywords.
If you can't find an answer to your question, you can 'ask a question' in the left-hand menu. Your question will automatically be sent to the correct University 'team' and you will be sent an email, asking you to log into the system, when your question has been answered.
Your questions are stored securely in Advice Zone Online enabling you to search and track, current and previous queries. If your answer hasn't been resolved, Advice Zone Online makes it easier to interact with staff and find the answer you're looking for.
