Campus Advice Zones are delivering all services online only.

Telephone service is currently unavailable but will resume as soon as possible.

No face-to-face support appointments are available until further notice. 

The Advice Zone can be contacted via Advice Zone Online and queries will be responded to between the usual opening hours of 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Remember to check your student email account; you will receive an email there when your query has been answered.

Appointments can be booked via Advice Zone Online for many of USW's Support Services.  All appointments will take place by telephone or Skype.

Drop into any one of the four campus Advice Zones to ask a question or to find out more about our support services – you don't need an appointment to see us.

Online

Advice Zone Online is available 24/7 to answer your student queries. Browse our FAQS or 'ask a question' and a member of staff from the relevant team will respond to your enquiry. 

Remember to check your student email account; you will receive a notification when your question has been answered.
