The Advice Zone can be contacted via Advice Zone Online and queries will be responded to between the usual opening hours of 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Remember to check your student email account; you will receive an email there when your query has been answered.
Appointments can be booked via Advice Zone Online for many of USW's Support Services. All appointments will take place by telephone or Skype.
Each of our four main campuses at Cardiff, Glyntaff, Newport and Treforest has an Advice Zone where the staff provide a friendly, face-to-face service and you can find out about any course-related issues.
If you are studying at USW Sport Park, you can access the Glyntaff Advice Zone on the Lower Glyntaff campus.
For example, you can ask to change your course, interrupt your studies or apply for extenuating circumstances. We can also book appointments on your behalf for many of USW's support services.
Our team issues ID cards, gives directions, shows you how to register with the Health Service, borrow a laptop, pay your fees online, print your own letters and use the self-service machines. If we can't answer your query then we will put you in touch with someone who can.
